• Pelzon Technologies approves providing you with all the services outlined in the service agreement developed with the client.
• The client should provide complete and accurate information that is essential for Pelzon Technologies to convey the services effectively. This information includes access to relevant systems, timely approvals or feedback, and resources as required.
• Any intellectual property, such as software, documents, designs, or other resources that are provided or developed by Pelzon Technologies during the services delivery, will remain the property of Pelzon Technologies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Pelzon Technologies provides the client with a non-exclusive, limited, and non- transferable license to utilize the materials ONLY for the purpose that is already specified in the service agreement provided earlier. This license does not allow the right to reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute the materials without written consent.
• Both plaintiffs approve of keeping the information confidential that is exchanged in between the course of the services. However, the confidentiality obligations do not apply to material and information that is already known or is publicly available to the receiving party or is mandatory to be revealed by law.
• The client needs to pay the fees that are specified in the invoice by Pelzon Technologies. Payment terms are comprised of due dates, accepted payment methods, and late fees that will be appropriately outlined in the agreement.
• Pelzon Technologies make sure to provide high-quality services, but we do not assure exact outcomes. Therefore, the client should know that the success of their business is based on multiple factors that are beyond our control.
• Pelzon Technologies shall not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages that arise out of such as loss of business opportunities or loss in profit.
• Any party can terminate the services based on the written notice if the other party breaches any term of the signed agreement and also fails to restore the breach within a defined period. Moreover, clients are obliged to pay any due fees for the to-date services provided by Pelzon Technologies.
• Any disputes or clashes that might ascend from these Terms of Service will be resolved through negotiations between both plaintiffs or by using the judgments from the judges of the region.
• We might update these Terms of Service by posting a new version of the Terms of Service on our website. We highly encourage you to analyze this policy to stay tuned with our data-gathering practices.
